Demo System — Not for Production or Preview Customer Environments
What You'll Get with Partner Role Access
Upon approval, you'll receive a Partner User account with the following capabilities:
- Job Creation & Management: Create private demo jobs, view and search all jobs, access job details and candidate pipelines
- Candidate Management: View candidate profiles, review resumes, access candidate history and communications
- Hiring Team Access: Full access to hiring team features, manage hiring team members
- Interview Scheduling: Schedule interviews, view interview calendars, manage interview feedback
- Collaboration: Comment on candidates, share feedback with hiring teams, participate in hiring discussions
- Analytics: Access basic analytics dashboards and recruiting metrics
- Application Review: Review candidate applications, rate and score candidates, move candidates through stages
- Access Groups: Full access to manage and view access groups
Note: Partner role provides extensive demo capabilities. Report Builder and SmartAnalytics (advanced analytics) are restricted. Do not modify the hiring process or publish jobs publicly.
DO's
- Create your own data - Add your own demo jobs, candidates, and realistic scenarios
- Keep jobs private - Always use the "Private" setting when creating demo jobs (never publish)
- Use your colleagues to show interaction - Demonstrate tasks, actions, and collaboration features
- Show and tell - Use the system to demonstrate recruiting workflows and platform capabilities
- Follow the guided scenarios in the Interactive Value Journey
- Practice with realistic demo data (proper job titles, realistic candidate profiles)
- Review and evaluate candidates in the hiring pipeline
- Schedule mock interviews and demonstrate collaboration features
- Share demo insights with colleagues and prospects
- Report any issues or bugs to the administrator
DON'Ts
- Do NOT use with production or preview customers — This tool and its AI content must never be used in, or shown within, a customer's live SmartRecruiters environment or any preview/pilot programme
- Do NOT present AI responses as verified product facts — Always validate Q&A Assistant answers before using them in customer conversations
- Do NOT publish jobs - Always use "Private Jobs" setting (never make jobs public)
- Do NOT touch data someone else created - Don't modify, delete, or interfere with other users' demo data
- Do NOT create "Test" data - Use realistic demo data with proper naming (e.g., "Demo: Sales Manager" not "Test Job 123")
- DO NOT CHANGE THE HIRING PROCESS - Do not modify the standard hiring workflow stages
- Do NOT create or enter any Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
- Do NOT share confidential client or company information
- Do NOT use real candidate data or actual job postings
- Do NOT share your demo access credentials with others
- Do NOT use this system for production recruiting activities
- Do NOT attempt to access Report Builder or SmartAnalytics (restricted for Partner role)
Important Reminders
- NOT for production or preview customer environments — do not use this tool in or alongside any live customer SmartRecruiters tenant
- This is a SHARED demo environment - your actions affect other users
- This system is for DEMONSTRATION purposes only, not for learning or training
- All data may be reset periodically without notice
- Your activity may be monitored for system integrity
- Partner role limitations apply - Report Builder and SmartAnalytics are restricted. Keep all jobs private and do not change the hiring process.
- Access is granted for 30 days and may be extended upon request
